So I just got ECMLink v3 full and was wondering do I need those AEM AIT sensors or those AEM 3.5 bar sensors. Can I just run SD of stock parts without the MAF?

To the OP you absolutely must have a map sensor for speed density to function correctly. Also the sensor is called a map sensor. Bar is a unit of measurement for air pressure.
