The eclipse letters on the center peice between my tail lights are all chipped and faded. does anybody know were i could find these besides a dealership? (looooong drive to one) i tried to search dsm trader but i dont know what they are called.

i dont know about a junkyard.. the letters seem to be just stickers put on.. and even after carefully removing mine.. they cracked/chipped easily and something that wouldnt look good if i tried to put it back on..

just get them brand new from the dealer.. shouldnt be that much.. just stickers basically.. or u can look on the trader/junkyard for a centerpiece of the tail lights which has been untouched with the eclipse lettering on it..

Go to a Sign Shop and have Vinyl letters made (color of your choice).

Can you get the letters that say eclipse across that back of the stock taillights from a dealer, and if so about how much do they run? thanks.

Not from a dealer or at least not the one I went to. Mine are pealing and the only way to fix that is to replace the entire piece (from a dealership standpoint). Another way I've heard people talk about in forums is to have it painted to match the color of your car. I'm not sure if they put in a new piece and then had it painted or painted over the lettering and all. Eitherway - from a dealership standpoint the answer is no without replacing the entire section.

I have heard of dealers having them but you will freak on the price for just some letters, not sure how much but its the dealer nothing is cheap. IF there fallin off you should just super glue them or something back on. I personally like the painted middle tailight. If you wanna do it cheap and still look cool check out ebay and type in eclipse middle tail it should bring up a company that sells vinyl pieces that layover ur stock tail lights.

i have the solid black center pecie and i was wondering where can i get the silver eclipse letters?? want it like this

u can get it for free. just go to a stock eclipse and take them.... :D thats what i used to do when i had a honda take other emblem sign from other honda. :shhh:

wow $33 for silver letters i think i am better off w/ a dealer

I think the dealer wants like 60 for em , just go to machV.com there good guys over there and they ship quick :thumb:

I've searched all over the forums to find a link to a place where i can get whatever letters i want in the font of the letters that are on the center tail light piece on 2gs but was unsuccessful. I know machv.com has the letters but only the "ECLIPSE" letters. If anyone knows where I can find em please let me know cos I have this pimp idea that i wanna share will you all.

I have never seen different letters made like that. You probably saw "SPEED" on a car. This is just a rearrangement of the "ECLIPSE" lettering, using the C as a D. Be creative.

get a few extra letters and you can put EPILEPSE on the back of your car...

take'em to a sign/printing shop...they could probably "invent" the rest of the font for you to use and make the decal for you
