=====Head rebuild=====

- Oil port mod

- Knife edge intake runners

- Complete head cleaning from carbon deposits, oil …

- Every part what was used in the new head is cleaned, checked if its fine

- Dual valve springs (bc1120)

- New valve oil gaskets

- Cleaned hydraulic lifters

Checked if valves seal and i figured out 1 exhaust valve on 3rd cylinder is leaked, so this one been corrected to seal perfectly and i did same thing on others valves for sure and checked them with air pressure and chambers were filled with water.

Intake NA 256
Exhaust 248

I figured out intake and exhaust cams have exact same angles for valves, so they are interchangeable, just swap cam sensor to opposite cam … i wonder, if they can works swapped … 256 exhaust and 248 intake… stock turbo have both 248, so i can make more power out of them.

Transmission check and replaced open diff with OBX LSD.

For almost 30 years old transmission is in perfect shape. But last year Reverse scratch, but just in operating temperature, in cold it shifted perfect. As temperature raised up, all shifts became harder to shift, like between gears were some kind of obstacle - i dont know why.

I tried several grades and companies from Castrol 75w90 to Liqui Moly 75w85 and grade 75w, but i didnt knew it was GL-4/GL-5.

So this years build i have original Redline MT90 75w90 so we will see, if it help.

And last thing - as i put together transmission and tried to shift on dry, 5th/reverse shift fork jumped away and i shifted to nowhere… so i teared down transmission and figured out what happened. But the transmission was mounted vertically. I dont know if transmission in horizontally position will work perfect. Look to 5th photo - on this picture were that fork fallen down. And this happened 3 times after i put trans together 😂😂. So now i hope, now will work, because i did not tried to shift for sure.

Fitting Lightweight Flywheel with clutch and pressure plate and transmission.

Specs:
-- 5,5kg Flywheel Chrome-Molybden steel

-- Stage 2 organic (last possible organic clutch) to 400NM of torque - i want daily driveability with performance aspects without slipping, so ceramic clutch isnt a option for me - 225mm

-- Pressure Plate with increased force by 12% than stock

Plus gearbox installation to place with some cleaning
