ebay shifter install

So right before i bought my GS-t i purchased a crapbay short shifter. I want to install it on the new car but i have no clue how. It has this massive blue thing, as well as a ton of bolts....Any help?

Most of the shifters on ebay for our cars are B&M knockoffs. Read through this. It helped me. The install shouldn't take you more than a half hour to an hour (I prefer to work slowly so I don't mess anything up.) Have fun.
