Ebay 2gb front bumper cover?

wanted to see if anyone had ever tried the ebay 2gb front bumper and how the fitment was1997 97 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE OEM STYLE FRONT BUMPER COVER | eBay post pics if anyone has any thanks.

Lots of people are running with this bumper, and from what I have heard they fit pretty good.

The auto body guys at my tech college ordered me a Certifit one for less than $50, and shipping to them is free

OEM ones run for about $150 at the local dealership.

I used one around a year ago from Body Parts of America. The fitment was spot on but when looking at it from the front, you could tell that towards the bottom it was narrower than an OEM

Sometimes you will get a perfect fit or you might get a lil bigger ones. But I think it should fit perfect.

eBay is not the place to buy bumpers. You get lucky sometimes, but you don't most of the time. I've tried eBay twice now for two front 2Ga bumpers. Now I have no bumper on the car, and 2 brand new 2Ga bumpers that don't fit in my garage

Not sure about this particular bumper, but I've used aftermarket bumpers on a ton of cars. If it's molded it should fit fine. I've never had a problem. The fiberglass chop crap is what usually fits like ass and needs to be basically refabricated to fit.

In an effort not to create a thread over the same topic. These ebay front bumpers (bumper cover). That and evidenty the bumper is the metal bracing that supports the bumper cover? a bit of confusion on my part but I found the brace peice and I need one of those two evidently.

Are these ebay bumpers worth the 75 dollars?

Anyone can sound off with how thiers is holding up?

No problem with my 2gb, fits great.

^^ Little gap on the driver headlight but overall looks like it fits damn good!! Maybe Ill end up buying a new bumper cover the one i have now is kinda warped..

That gap looks to be from the lack of bumper crash support. IF you don't keep it in there the bumper just kind of hangs there.

I wish cerifit carried freaking 2gb talon bumpers. Right now those things are a goldmine.... JNZ has em new.... for freaking 400$

I have had that same eBay bumper on my car for 3 years now. The fitment is great and the material is strong(it has held up to many steep driveways and a parking block). I would recomend this bumper.

Haha, you did what Im going to do, shave/cover the fog lights. Looks really good! Now I know how awesome it looks on Kalapana black.

Yeah I love the shaved look. I wish I would have opened the "mouth" up a bit more like I originally wanted. I could have opened it up 2-3 more inches to expose more of my FMIC. That would have been alot more money to do that though. My "friend" doesn't charge very friendly prices for bodywork but he does a good job.

No he used a plastic welder and a extra bumper.

I used one And shaved the mitubushi emblem. Fit great though

I bought mine earlier this year on Ebay for $80 shipped they pop up at such prices every now and then.
