e85 fuel line sizing?

I am going to run 10an fuel feed line.
Can i run 6an return or its to small ?
its need to support 600-750whp on E85

The 6an is fine for the return line. You could even run a 8an for fuel feed if you wanted to I dont think you need a 10an for fuel feed for that HP range. I am running a 8an for fuel feed and 6an for the return.

My car made 710whp in 2014 with E85 and 1600cc/m injectors with a 43psi base. I have -6AN fuel feed. For your goal...anything bigger than -8AN feed/-6AN return is overkill.

Geeze, I'm running stock fuel lines and filter and trapped 130.75mph in a 3395lb car on e85. why in the world would you need -10 for 600-750whp?

Exactly. My old Talon also went 139mph with the stock fuel lines to the stock fuel filter, stock FPR and stock return. E85, 3100lbs with me in it. No need to overdo.

Like everyone has already mentioned you may rethink the size of line you plan on running because in this case bigger isn't always better. Unless you're running a mechanical fuel pump (or similar electric like a Weldon/Magnafuel) and/or dual banks of injectors that could utilize that size of fuel line I'd stick to -8AN lines both feed and return.

Even Weldons and Magnafuel pumps that can support over 1000hp have -8AN inlet/outlet on them.

Your checking account will thank you too since going to -10AN will nearly double the cost.

I'm running stock feed/return on E85 with an HTA76, single Walbro 450, 35psi, probably 550-600whp. Previously ran -8 feed and stock return on an S362 setup with twin 255s in-tank at 708whp.

Your current setup/fuel is exactly what I'm running. I've even had it up to 40psi peak.
