Need some help from the experienced 4g guys here. I ran a few searches and was not satisfied with the information I had found.

My set up is very radical, and I need a fuel system to support it. The fuel system must be capable to support 600whp, on e85.

I currently have a 255 Intank 6an feed and return, 3/8 bore rail, and 1400cc injectors.

I feel that the pump, lines and rail are currently my restrictions. What are my options for the most ideal set up?

I have considered dual intake pumps with individual feeds, Y'd return to regulator, and one very large return to tank.

Or switching to just a single external pump, 8an feed and return, just not sure of rail size or pump size?

Any and all info is welcome.

Ive seen people on here go with dual walbro pumps, which makes you need an AFPR. 1 walbro 255hp will overpower the stock fpr at idle. Which route you go is up to you. Paul volk uses dual walbros on his compound setup, so its a proven way that works. Of course you might need a bigger fuel line and fuel rail to make fuel delivery more effiecient, you dont know until you try.

Alright let me specify.

My current set up is a stock sender, with a 255lph walbroh, 6an feed, to custom aluminum rail 3/8 bore 6an inlet and outlet, aeromotive 1-1 regulator 6an return.

I built a stroker motor, much larger turbo, expecting over 600whp on new set up.

One Walbroh and 6an feed/return will NOT suffice. What do you 4g63T guys do to sustain proper fuel pressure and volume as such power levels, running E85?

Your pump and injectors won't support 600 WHP on E85. I don't know about your lines and rail, I do know OEM 2G Turbo lines/rail are fine for 600 WHP, but I don't know if the N/Ts had significantly different lines/rails.
