did you wrap your head liner yet? I did mine in a black suede and i have a few wrinkles around the sunroof control button, how do you get those out? Also if you havent done it yet theres a glue at jo-ann fabrics thats like 90 weight and is stupid strong, highly recommend!

No, the head liner is still in my car. Once the wrinkle is there, your kinda screwed. You need to pull the fabric tight while sticking it to the panel.

Have you ever seen the factory black panel? Which would be better, the Landau black or satin black. I want to match my factory black already in the car.

My factory radio bezel was black and the Landau is an exact match.

I'm doing the same thing. Actually. I just painted the bottom panels of the dash so it is two tone right now but I just used black plastic spray paint from home depot. You can get it anywhere though I suppose. As far as scratches I haven't seen one yet just let everything dry about 24 hrs bfore you put it back in. This is a much cheaper and easier solution but you still need to scrub everything down and using lacquer thinner acts a lot better than degreaser.

Finished wrapping both my door panel inserts and my cargo cover. There's a few tiny wrinkles but over all not too bad for my first try at doing this. Overall I'm happy with the out come and I can always do it again if it really starts to bug me.

I'll start working on dying the rest of the interior in a couple of weeks. Too busy to work on it right now.

Made a bit more progress. I've now burned through cans 5 and 6. Doing the bigger pieces takes up a lot more of the dye.

The gauge cluster bezel is black from the factory and the Landau black matches perfectly.

Question. So this "Dye" is in a spray form? Like a spray paint? But it isn't a paint at all? Have you attempted to try and damage anything, like a small peice somewhere to see how well it holds up? Also are you using it on the plastic pieces also, or just the vinyl stuff? I'm gonna see how this paint holds up this time, if it holds up I'll do the driver door panel and then the dash but if the stuff your talking about is real dye, then I'm gonna jump on that stuff. I mainly wanna do the vinyl portions of the door panels, the dash. The plastics in the back and hell even the leather if its a possibility.

Been a long time since I updated this. I found out clear coated is needed luckily SEM makes a low luster clear so I bought a couple cans of it.

I also made some videos about dying the interior and put them on YouTube.

Got the dash clear coated today. I put the vents, tweeters and some of the buttons back in place. I'm 99% sure my Speedohealer is at the post office so I'll pick it up tomorrow and get the last bit of wiring done and put the dash harness back in.

I actually like the contrast the grey switches and dimmer give to the black dash. However I will eventually replace them with black ones.

Also my door panels are back together! I need to recover the inserts but that's easy to do. I ditched the Styrofoam and plastic box thingy on the back on the panels, they did nothing and were just dead weight.

I've got a bunch of other stuff I'm in the process of clear coating, I'll put pictures up when it's done.
Some of this stuff will be getting installed in the car in another week!!
