I have switched to E85 and, of course, ran out of fuel. I did the research and seen that on a 1g you can just add another pump and a Y fitting. I can not seem to find the link (at work) but I will try to update latter.
Anyway this thread is in reference to the Y fitting. All metal Y fittings that I have located are at least 35 bucks shipped. WTF I called up U.S. Plastics and told them what I was looking for (3/8 barb Y fitting). They gave me the part number 64473. Search Results | U.S. Plastic Corp. The PVDF is very chemical resistant. It is compatible with both ethanol and gasoline so it will not corrode. These fittings are a mere 5 bucks.
I am going to order some of these tomorrow and install my duals Thursday. Let me know what you think about the plastic Y and this idea.
In return I will answer any questions and keep you posted on this PVDF plastic Y.
