Dsm turbo on Evo?

I My friend has an evo 8 and wanted to put a turbo I have on his car. It is a turbonetics 60-1 and it has the td05 flange so that it bolts up to the 2g manifold. What would he need to get in order o make this work on his cr as far as the manifold/ hotside etc.?

If an Evo8/9 turbo doesn't work on a DSM, do you think a DSM turbo will work on an Evo?

The turbine housing footprints are completely different, and the turbo will be completely backwards as far as the engine/exhaust are concerned.

His best bet is to buy a turbo made for his car.

the buschur cast manifold allows you to bolt DSM based turbos like the FP line to the evo.

i know that its backwards.....thats why i was asking if there was a hotside or something you could get to make it work.....I jut need to know if it can work if things are changed.

Does anyone have answer to this?
