2G drastic pull to right

with the steering wheel straight,
the car will pull to the right with zero effort
would this be the steering rack or the tie rods or bushing

no fluid is leaking

This could be a bent tie rod, or a severe alignment issue.

well last weekend when i drove it
it was all smooth roads not a bump i try babying her
and it still all orginal so i hate it to be the rack because it sat so long

Jack the front of the car up and see how difficult it is to physically turn the wheel on the passenger side. If it is difficult to spin or has some noticeable resistance, your caliper could be seized. My wife's Prelude had a caliper that was almost fully seized that made the car go hard to one side while driving. This last time she had a partially seized caliper that was still pulling it to one side, but open enough to let the car be drivable with a slightly noticeable drag.

You can try switching the front tires from right to left, see if the pull changes direction.

Check all 57 ball joints in the 2g front suspension setup. There is(was) a recall from them breaking.

steering rack is the problem and for how long it sat im just going to replace it
the outer tire rod ends were so dry rotted
