Jack the front of the car up and see how difficult it is to physically turn the wheel on the passenger side. If it is difficult to spin or has some noticeable resistance, your caliper could be seized. My wife's Prelude had a caliper that was almost fully seized that made the car go hard to one side while driving. This last time she had a partially seized caliper that was still pulling it to one side, but open enough to let the car be drivable with a slightly noticeable drag.
