door wont stay locked

so my g/fs passenger side door is messed up. I lock it, and i cans till open it from the outside. I took both doors apart, so i could see the difference. It seems her passenger side door is missing some plastic piece (i'm not en expert on doors locking just from my observation.

Anyways i took some pictures of what i think is missing, so for the 100 point question, what is this thing i am missing and where can i get it.

First picture is too close and blurry. Maybe point out what plastic thingy you are talking about.

Ya I would you wd-40 on all the moving parts to lube them up.. My drivers door wouldn't lock unless I used the key to lock it. I ripped it all down and re lubed it put it back in and it works alot better now.

finally found out the name of what i am looking for its a
95-99 Eclipse Talon Manual Door Lock Actuator 2g (not sure if their is an automatic version or if their is a difference)
