I was thinking, some of the connectors used in our harnesses cannot be purchased and apparently are no longer made. I was thinking that it may be possible to design the connector and print them on a 3d printer. It would even be possible to maintain the locking tabs in the design. Does anyone think this is feasible...? The plastic appears to be standard abs.....

Sure, it's feasible. Is it worth your time? Not likely. Would I do it or suggest doing it? Solid no.

Is there a certain connector you need?
Have you talked with @brads about it?
Have you considered using a different connector, one where both male and female ends are readily available, and redoing both sides rather than just the one?

I definitely think it is possible but you’d have to have sets of original parts to copy?

What parts specifically do you need.
I was talking with ohm racing. The 14pin and 18 pin connectors are discontinued. Just seemed like a simple part to create. I have friends who do 3d printing and are very good at prototyping. I know u could techincally just change the connector on both ends. It was just a thought.

The hardest part would be integrating the plastic tabs that seat the connectors. It was just a thought as i was thinking about all the mitsu part numbers that are nla..... makes me sad. I love find old stock mitsu stuff.
