I'm looking for a digital dash or a digital display that allows multiple sensors to be added. It seems most of them are for standalone ecus or for certain cars. Does anyone make a universal display that can be used on the 1st gen cars? I think I'd rather have this instead of 5 or 6 separate gauges.
While looking around I found this gauge: https://www.bankspower.com/i-2593-b...IUQx8RHRZaTKWZp-SV92hVhE-dtpG5xYaAhqPEALw_wcB
The banks idash seems to check all the boxes except it's not actually a dash. The banks idash has lots of sensors that can be added, monitored and displayed.

The gauge in the link you put above won't work on DSM since that's a CAN-Bus gauge. You see people are using a dash display with a standalone ECU, it's not because it's for standalone ECUs. It's because DSM don't have CAN-Bus and most of standalone ECU would allow you to have CAN-Bus.

I was just using the gauge in the link above as an example. Wouldn't mind having something similar that could display multiple areas of data in a central location.

Just some ideas, as assuming you have a stock ECU with or without ECMLink.

1) Via ECMLink with a tablet, some display etc etc.

2) If it's not via OBD port (ECMLink, etc) or CAN-Bus. Separate gauges/a multi gauge (You would need to install all sensors separately for the gauge besides factory sensors)
- PLX combined sensor module.

- PLX Multi-Touch Gauge.

- PLX MultiGauge Link for Smartphone

- eBay display sensor kit

3) Use a device that can convert analog/digital/pulse signals to CAN like the AEM one below. That would allow you to use a AEM CD series dash display without having a standalone ECU.
- AEM 22 Channel CAN Sensor Module.

- AEM CD-5, CD-7 Digital Dash Displays.

Wow😳 Wiseman indeed

I do have ecmlink. Thank for for spending the time to post all that. I do appreciate it. I've been out of dsm's and cars in general for over a decade and seem to have forgotten a lot. When I do searches I find that my wording isn't close enough to produce good results.

@talon20g , use Google, Bing or DuckDuckGo and search with that search engine for your issue/question/problem and end the search box with "DSMTUNERS". That always brings me a lot of results to choose from.
Like this, I did a search for a thread for a 420a member.
