Hi guys, I need some help i recently purchased a AEM cd5 dash and i need some help connecting it to my car I'm not sure where I need to pin it to on my ECU. I'm currently running a AEM series 2 ecu. Please help me if someone knows how to wire it in.

Maybe there is a ECU harness diagram in the ECU documentation. I don't see ECU's for sale any longer from AEM. Check for Archives.

None of those typically have sensors interfaced to the ECU. Have you added them?

I have a wideband and boost gauge wired in but they don't come up in the dash either. So I need to wire in a separate fuel gauge and oil pressure gauge?

also how do I set it up so it knows the gear the car is in because it displays 6th gear until I go into 3rd gear it will change and display 1st gear

You have to set and assign that the channels you want to see in the dash in AEMTuner and AEM Dash Design.

You need to have them connected to ECU.The stock oil pressure and fuel gauge work independently from ECU, so if you haven't added aftermarket ones, then you won't be able to see them in the dash display. Technically it can only display the parameters that AEMTuner shows in your laptop.

You have to calibrate in AEMTuner.
