2G Did I get the right parts to install a 1g BOV?

Hey guys I got a 99 gsx I want to replace the factory BOV. I bought a 1g bov but want to make sure I have everything I need to make the install. So far this is what I’ve ordered. Do I need to get anything else to make the install?

No. You need this instead of the weld on flange. Everything else is good though.

CrackedDSM has a great suggestion regarding the adapter to use the 1g bypass valve with the 2g OEM setup.

Alternatively, if you currently have the OEM plastic bypass valve, you have another great option to the 1g bypass valve. The Evo 8/9 bypass valve installs the same way as the 2g without an adapter and is a proven performer. The MR Evo 8 had the metal ones, and all Evo 9's had the metal valve as well. Other models of the Evo 8 had a plastic one, which is not what You want. You can get them used here, EBay, and on Evolution M forums for around $60-80. If you're after a new one, many of the supporting vendors have them available.

Another alternative would be this old Joe P hard lower intercooler pipe that already has the 1g flange. Gets rid of the soft flex piping that connects the soft upper intercooler piping and the stock side mount intercooler. You can have it if you want since i have a front mount and its just taking up space in my garage.

Tons of good info here though, completely forgot about the metal Evo BOVs and then there's @SixBolt_16G and his BDE helping out with the pimpin' pipe. I'd snatch that up if I was you OP. It'll make the turbo noises louder too.

It would be more cost effective without the need for adapters. It will look completely OEM.

Depends. Are you planning on a turbo upgrade in the future where you would be pushing high boost? or are you keeping the car closer to stock and just want to replace a few of the parts with better quality ones where it matters?

The EVO is gonna hold higher psi without leaking(over 20 psi i believe). The 1g can hold about 18psi, but additional psi than it normally would if you "crush" it. So, if your goals are to keep it closer to stock, it might not be worth the extra money to get the Evo bov unless you can get it super cheap off an evo guy because the used ones that Ive come across on ebay have been quite expensive for a stock bov, plus you already have the 1G bov correct? Its a matter of your future plans with the car.
