Deceleration noise driving me crazy [VIDEO]

There are some more videos here at the top of this page #2 while the car is at idle. This is the same noise that I hear when the car is decelerating. Its been really bad this week. Its been over 100 degrees outside, and things are even hotter and get more loose, its really loud right now.

I have a Fidanza flywheel but I don't have a puck clutch. I have springs. I may switch to the ACT with the street disk see if that changes anything. But while I have everything out, its all going to be gone through with the exception of the rear end. Pretty sure its not an LSD rear, but there is no marking on the back of the pumpkin to tell me otherwise.

Found something in my Factory Service manual thats extremely interesting. I ordered a core transmission from Jacks, meaning they sent me one, and I sent mine back. According to this manual. The non LSD rear end, has the same ratio as the LSD Automatics. 3.307 and not 3.545. I have no sticker on the rear for me to be able to tell without taking the cover off. But, like I said in previous posts, Im under the impression that it doesn't have an LSD. It doesn't have the door jamb LSD sticker either.
