Datalogger stopped working

I just finished fixing my car today. I wanted to run some logs on the datalogger. I have the MMcd program on my palm pilot. I hooked it up to my datalogger cable and the program won't read the ecu. On the bottom left it reads 0Hz. I don't know whats wrong with it. Please help me. THANKS

did you check the pins on both sides of your connections? did you check your batteries?

get a battery and a light, a speaker, or something else that emmits something you can see or hear or feel... and open the plastic end that attaches to your datalogger and match up the colored wires so that they are hooked up to whatever you have and see if it works,... same thing happened to me and it turns out the wire wasnt attached to the plug harness thingy at the very end and i just soidered it back on...

I just put in some brand new batteries and hotsync'd to upload the MMcd software. I also tried the datalogger on my dad's talon and it did the same thing.

Would it be the Hotsync cable or the program?
