I have this same problem but my engine is not all that old.. I replaced the pcv also where do you find this gasket that. Is it possible that the baffle is clogged and causing the pressure to build up?

It is very, very unlikely that you have clogged baffles. "Maybe" a clogged line . Even that would be very unlikely. The OEM PCV do leak. You may want to try putting a check valve in between the PCV and the intake manifold.
