are the clutch's from a 90 awd tsi the same as the front wheel drive turbo cars and what are the valve adjustment settings for the same car as above?

I dont know where you got your information, but yes the clutches are the same for 90-99 FWD/AWD
No, the clutches aren't the same, and the engine uses hydraulic lifters thus valve lash is not adjustable. Please read forum rules, use a descriptive thread title as well as proper grammar.
