2G Coolant hose accessory kit

Does anyone still sell kits for the molded coolant/water lines for the 2g turbo?

All the hoses on my car are shot. The ones that come off the oil filter, and the two from the thermostat to the turbo and water pipe..

I really want the OEM molded hoses or a nice set of silicone ones but I can't find them... Worst comes to worst I know I can just go to the parts store and get hose the same size; I believe it is 3/8, correct?
