Confusion about alignment

My car was hit while it was parked, it hit the rear driver side quarter panel and it pushed my tire inward, it looks like. I was checking my tires and I noticed the inside was worn, after reading I understand that camber doesn't affect it so much, but toe-out does. But after the hit it looks like my tire would be toe in. My question is, can I go to less shwab and get a 4 wheel alignment done? Also my steering wheel has to turn to the right, in order to go straight :/. And my car is lowered, but I don't know the set up because it was like this when I bought it

Here's the replacement panel. My uncle is the one who worked on it, he said that no component was bent, just the inside wall.

I had it done for a cheap price by a family member so I can't expect it to be perfect. It came out decent, but I believe it needs to get aligned. After reading tons of post, I am confused on whether my car can be adjusted in a 4 wheel alignment. Some say an alignment will work, others say camber kit. Or maybe it might not be able to be fixed cause of the hit

You most likely have something bent. You will need to replace whatever is bent before you can get a proper alignment done.

My 2G was hit at the front edge of a rear wheel. The trailing arm was bent. I would get under there and look around before paying for an alignment that would have to be redone after you fix any damage.
