HI GUYS, I HAVE A 97 GST AND THE CLUTCH PEDAL STICKS DOW ON THE FLOOR AND I JUST HAD THE CLUTCH CHANGED AND THE SLAVE CILYNDER. I KNOW THAT THIS QUESTION HAS BEEN ASKED MANY TIMES BEFORE BUT I JUST CAN'T GET IT FIX ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH:thumb:

What Do You Mean? Bleed The Lines ?, I Did It About 5 Times , I Am New To This Any Other Tips?

the reason teh clutch falls to the floor is due to not having any pressure on it, thus, bleeding the clutch would fix it( assuming the master/slave are in working order ) have someone come over and help you bleed it, have them pump the clutch while the bleeder valve is closed then hold it to the floor while you crack the bleeder, wait for fluid, repeat as many times as you need to, to assure no air in the lines, meaning dont wait untill the master is empty to refill it with clutch fluid, that will draw in more air.

it will only fall to the floor when there is no fluid pressure pushing aganst the cylinder, the only time tha twill happen is when the master/slave fails, you dissconnect your clutch line for whatever reason, or someones screwing with you :tease:

no, you do not have to change the whole system, find the leak, (if there is a leak) otherwise, when you are bleeding it, does pedal pressure ever appear?

See The Thing Is That The Pedal Falls To The Floor An Dwhen I Tried To Pull It Up Whit My Foot It Comes Back Up And It Fells Normal Againg But It Does It All The Time

thats normal, you have to do tha ta couple times during the bleeding process, use your hand to pump it at first, then once it starts holding pressure use your foot.

thats why you keep doing it, honestly it will probably take you like 15 minutes to do it properly.

describe to me your procedures for clutch bleeding.

When I Started The Car This Evening The Clutch Felt Ok , And I Drovet For About Ten Yards And There It Was On The Floor

depends, it could be leaking, check that, and where the clutch line goes soft, could have sprung a leak.

I Am Sorry For Asking So Many Questions But I Am Kind Off Desperate B/c I Just Boought The Car A Couple Of Months

ask as many questions as you need to man, Im telling you this is a easy problem to fix regardless or it being a leak, or a bad master.

I Have To Check The Insied Of My Car By The Clutch Pedal, And Where Else ???
I Just Wanto Do What Ever I Have To

not by the pedal, the master is on the firewall, its where you have been adding clutch fluid, check for leaks around that, the soft part of the clutch line is on the pass. side of the car kinda on top of the trans, where it goes from hard tubing to soft braided line into the bleederport.
