I just had a Exedy OEM Clutch installed in my 2g GST about 2 months ago. It was working fine for awhile after we adjusted it. The other day I let the car sit for a day and half without driving it, and then I went out to start it up and the clutch stuck to the floor. It's done that before i changed the clutch too. I have to keep pumping it to get it to act right. It keeps adjusting its self while I drive it and it just feels really weird all the time. The pedal also always makes a popping noise when I press the pedal... not sure why. I don't know what to do anymore. The slave cylinder was replaced right before I bought the car. It might be my master cylinder.. but it doesn't look like its leaking. I've bled the clutch a few times as well. Any suggestions?

If it was the slave you would see oil leaking out were the shaft is, Could be your master cylinder, check by your clutch pedal for any fluid when they go bad they usually leak there. Are you loosing any fluid or does it stay full. Like the post before make sure there is no air in the system.

Every time I check the fluid it stays full from what I can tell. I'm going to check it again tomorrow and check for leaking and bleed the clutch. I'll probably be ordering a new master... Know anywhere I can get an OEM master cylinder for decent price?

You could get another one at autozone fairly cheap. But I would check the clutch pedal assembly first. You said there is no leaking , or air bubbles. Bleed it again, and again. get your friend or girlfriend to help you pump it and hold it all the way to the bottom.

Hurry up man STM is having or had a free shipping sale. I just order mine last last week, took forever to ship. It's mitsu oem. Not the fake oem crap!
If your bleeding your clutch and fluid isn't dropping. It very well could be your master cylinder. If the slave isn't leaking or nothing leave it alone cause I may not be that.
I'm replacing my master tomorrow and hope that helps. Clutch been dragging for a long time. Good luck!
