Clutch fork position?

I have some questions about the recently installed a ACT 2100 clutch. I bleed the clutch
when I go to step on the pedal it does not touch the floor?

At the moment the the car is not running but I have a picture of the clutch fork.

LIST OF THINGS I CHECKED
re-surfaced flywheel to specs
pedal assembly is in perfect condition
master or slave NOT leaking

Check the adjustment of the clutch master cylinder adjustment rod attached to the clutch pedal assembly.

It looks like you are over-extending your clutch currently.
