Got this mirror for free from a friend so i decided to put it in LOL and I actually kinda like it.
Does anyone know a good way to get the stock rear view mirror off?
My cars basicly for the drag strip, but I do plan on taking it to a road course every so often.

I had a friend who had a mirror that size in his GTI that he road coursed. It was actually separate mirrors at different angles though.

Yea this one is separate mirrors at different angles, it gives you a more broad view, helps with road racing, and my stock rear view is trash.
So no one knows how to take the stocker off?

And yes josh girls love it :sneaky:

Does that make it seam like you won a race by more than you did?

Yea, makes me feel cool when i beat a honda single cam by one length, makes it look like 3 or 4, since my car is no where near capable of that :(

kinda tacky for me..but i guess some people dont like to check blind spot before the change lanes

Im not to worried about how tacky it looks, itl help on the track.

So no one seriously knows an easy way to take the stocker off? I don't wanna have to worry about cracking my window or something.
damn I thought this was dsmTUNERS, not dsmfashion. All of yall can comment on the way it looks but can't help me with a simple question.

I think your thinking of the broadway, this one has brackets that mount to the sun visors.

Watch you head on the way out of the car you might just whack it on that thing LOL

You'll notice on the mirror mount there is a tab or notch on it, you'll want to find a small flat tip screw driver and it presses up in there. Next you tap the base of the mirror and it should come on off.

Thank you very much, that's what I needed to know :hellyeah:

It's a Wink Mirror, I've had one in mirror for almost a year now, I ####ing love it. Mines covered in stickers, sort of.
