Ok here it is. Took me about a 1/2 hour to install. Pretty easy. Some pieces though I had to reglue as they didnt have very good adhesive.

Please excuse the fact my CD player is not mounted and just sitting in the hole. I used the face holder to cover up the top area LOL. Thats my next project.

I bought this kit off ebay. Cost is like 70 bucks or so but the quality is good stuff. Its not viynal its like a 1/4 thick gel filled rubber stuff.. heh

I would like it better if it were just the piece around the outside or just the peice that goes on the HVAC panel and vents. It looks good, but a little much. One or the other would make a subtle change. My opinion though. :thumb:

you can get it in aluminum which is what i got.. or burlwood (that red wood stuff) or carbon fiber.

does the brushed aluminum look dope? anyone got any pics, the more the better.

so Im takin it you're happy with it? i was lookin into the dash kit but i didn't know if the 3D adhesive tape would hold up, and i didnt know if it was hard to install with bubbles n what not? looks great tho!

The pics are of the brushed aluminum and its not really hard to install.. just heat it up peel off the paper and apply. Some pieces I just used some superglue to make sure it would stay. Like I said.. took 1/2 hour for the whole kit. Honostly it looks much better in person then in the pics and I think its really awesome. Im interested to see if the adhesive lasts through the winter.. if it doesnt ill use a different type to hold it on.

going a little off topic here, but how is your shift knob sittin so low, my 2g is so freakin high...

Thats a damn good question looking at other 95 turbo interiors all the shifters are taller...
maybe when i bought my car there was a short shifter installed?

It sits low like a 1g turbo shifter... hmm

I've never driven anyone DSM so I just thought it was stock. What do you guys think?

Yeah Im ordering this same kit, but its Real Carbon Fiber. Not the synthetic replica crap. Kit will cost $175 but it'll be more than worth it. Looks real good man, these pics just sealed the deal for me. :thumb:

i always thought the short shifter was to bring the gears closer, and not the knob lower.

they look really good with the black leather, i'm just trying to picture them with tan leather.

David - That dash kit looks very good and clean. I've been debating one for a while now. I really like my all black dash, so I'm still not sure. Did you receive your wires yet?

Yeah, it looks like it has a short shifter. My B&M sits at that level and also has a slight lean towards to left. :thumb:

nope i didnt get my wires yet but should im guessing tomarrow. I am thinking of just taking off my shift boot and taking a look at the shifter to see what it is.

Dont pull just the shift boot out. Trust me. The whole center counsel comes out very easily with only 6 screws. :thumb:

LOL thanks for telling me.. im not very gentle with cars. I like to just yank stuff out if it wont come easy. I like to do stuff like pull 02 sensors woot! Yeah, ill just take out that center piece.. i need to check on the audio wiring to see how the previous owner has it set up so i can run my 4 guage power wire
