This is my current setup

Stock 6 Bolt block
Stock 6 bolt head
BC Valve Springs
FP2 Cams
Mitsu 1.2mm Metal head gaskets
2.5" Intercooler Pipings
600X300X76 Intercooler
Synapse BOV
38mm Tial Wastegate
850cc FIC's + walbro's
TD06H Turbo + 50trim compressor wheel similar to FP Green

I finally made 363whp on a Dyno Dynamic Machine , with around 30psi of
boost on Ron97 Pump Gas

I would like some help from you guys on how I can push this motor for more power
I will post the dynosheets later tomorrow , the peak power dies off at 7300rpm.
Any inputs and ideas would be apreciated.

I think there is more power in the tune, or the turbo just cant flow like it should. People make that power on a 16g at the same boost level, on stock mani's, stock cams. I think something is missing in the tune or something is robbing power. At that level 400whp should be easy on that turbo and pump gas.

Would be helpful to see a datalog to see where the tuning is at.
 
Get the water/meth injection hooked up and start increasing timing. 14* is not a lot of timing. And you will benefit from upping that into the 16-18* range.

As for nozzle size and fluid to run with you injection setup. I'm running an M3 nozzle after the FMIC in the UICP and an M7 in the throttle body elbow and using -20* washer fluid. I go through about 3/4 gallon a week.

I agree that is low for 2g timing which have 8.5:1CR. He's running 7.8:1CR. He needs more timing, 3 degrees or more. That's an easy 30whp.

I just reread what dyno you were on. From my observation, dyno dynamic reads VEERY low. Like 50or more lower than a dynojet. Theres a reason why it's called the 'heart breaker'. It reads lower than a mustang dyno, which reads lower than dynojet and dynapack. If you get 400whp on a dyno dynamic then your pushing a bolton 50-trim setup pretty good.

I don't like looking at dyno results fow where you rank with the norm because one brand of dyno is not the norm, and even the same brand dyno can read differently. It's just a tuning tool. If you want a consistant form of comparison across the board, get your weight and get a trap speed. Much better guage of where you stand in the group.
 
Actually not really with pump gas. Pump gas burns at a faster rate. From my experience, it needs less timing to yield peak cylinder pressure at the right degree ATDC. He's running 97 RON. In the states we calculate our octane (RON + MON) / 2. The MON rating of the same fuel is about 10points less than it's RON rating. (97 +87) / 2 = 92. 92 is what would be on our pumps here for his gas. He'll definately benefit from more boost and less timing. But I still think he's a little low with his timing considering his compression. About 3 more degrees and he'll still be below stock timing for a 1g motor but likely gain 30ish whp. His dyno brand reads probably 12-15% lower than a dynojet.
