other than the fact of quality what are other benifits to purchasing a $ 750 manifold
is it designed better more flow efficiency faster spool
 
almost done hx40 6 blade top mount cost me little more than ebay one. waiting on stainless wastegate flanges.

on car waiting on wastegate flanges to be cut out. then will make downpipe out of 3" stainless with a cutout for front bumper exit.

all intercooler pipes and exhaust is cnc manderal bent custom. One piece pipes dont leak LOL

a good manifold will make more power than a cheaper one. different designs make more power than others. runner lenght and size all play a part.

You get what you pay for. The cheaper manis crack. Then some turbos are heavy to the point that they need a brace. So I had looked into what manifold that I wanted. Yes its a lot of money. But I forked out the cash for the redjack mani during the group buy. Punishment racing, jmfab, and redjack are great companies.

Also you need to find out if you want t3 or dsm flanged. Theres a lot behind all of this.

I'm running the first manifold linked with a BEP t3 housing and had to cut the crap out of it to get it to work. Then after about 2k miles the wastegate provision had cracked so badly it was ready to fall off... I need to make a manifold soon...
