On a cold start, the car starts runs fine. Just installed a new o2 sensor on the o2 housing. Replaced the Fuel Solenoid. No vaccum leaks. No intake leaks. When the car warms up, it starts to rev really high to about 3500rpms at idle!! The BISS screw backed out a 1/4 turn from being all the way in. The TB cable is fine and the TB plate closes all the way. After the initial rpm boost, the car tach starts to rev between 2k to 3.5k sounds like I have cams.
Ran the scan tool got the P0505, which is the ISC motor failure. I performed the ISC test (testing across the pins measuring resistance). Everything measured fine.
Is there some kind of component malfunction with the ISC? Are there any other tests I can perform before I purchase a new one?
