Car won't make it above 4600RPM LOG

Ok this is my first log so let me know if I have way too much running and need to edit. I have SBR MBC, Dejon UICP for side mount IC, greddy type S bov, K&N FNPK, car is putting out stock turbo I think a t25 is on right now. Boost guage is showing 13-15psi I can not get past the 4600 RPM range without the car throwing me back and forth in the seat this is a 2 MB log so please look at lines 224-405 that's when I was on it. I've read a ton of stuff so far, but still no luck, this is my first log so I'm probably not noticing everything, let me know what you guys think. RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting Then click on free, then just wait the amount of time, (normally around .5 seconds), I don't think it matters which download from you use, type in the characters it says on the bottom, and click on download via..., then the pop up window for open or save will come up, and you can use excel for it, remember to focus between 224 to 406. Come on anyone have any idea? This car is driving me nuts and I've been at it for a couple weeks now so any ideas would be better then nothing.

Are you on stock fuel system? Sounds like fuel cut to me. Turn down the boost and see if it still does it. Can you put your log up any other way. The way you have it I have to save it to my computer and am not going to do that on the work computer.

Yep, I'll try to mess with it later today and put the log up another way. Well the thing is I think its a stock fuel system, but I was thinking about it yesterday and the person before me or the person before him had extra wiring running for guages that weren't their when I bought the car, so I'm not sure if they ever upgraded the fuel pump to a 255 or to bigger injectors, is their any quick way I can find out? It looks like its a T25 turbo to me, I went so far as taking the MBC out of the picture by hooking up the line from the turbo nipple housing to the wastegate to get stock boost and I was still at about 13-15 psi. And the biggest thing is I had a friend follow me in his car and he told me I was dumping pitch black out of the tail pipe at WOT, so bad that he couldn't see, from everything I have read it sounds like a fuel cut to me too or a really bad boost leak but how do I compensate for the fuel cut to see if that it?

Hey guys what do you think about this log? This is only a snap shot if you want the whole log I'll be happy to email it to you so just PM me or look at the download instructions on post 1. I'm not sure what I'm suppose to be seeing for knock at 100 percent on the TPS could someone tell me if this datalogger is reading it correctly. Also I don't know if you need to know but this log was created in EvoScan.
