Cant install t-case, swaybar in the way???

Im trying to install my transfer case on my 1g GSX and I cant.... The swaybar right under the steering rack has a U shape and its right in the way of were the transfer case goes. I dont think it could be upside down or anything becasue its bolted on right. Could It be the wrong swaybar? Any ideas whats up with this?

the u shape is supposed to be pointed up so theres room for the tcase. Post a picture
