cant get boost past 10psi

ok so this problem came up sudden...... last week i was getting 14-15psi constantly without any hesitation.that was with out a mbc.i flipped my bov upside down and now i was boosting only 8psi.i unhooked the wastegate line for a sec and was only gettting 10psi tops it wouldnt go past it..i even put silicone around the bov flange to make sure no leaks.i have a 190 fuel pump installed a couple days ago.and a mbc.i had the mbc on correctly and it was open almost all the way and still no boost past 10psi.feels like i lost a whole lot of power.could this all come up to a bad boost leak some were

ya it most likely is a boost leak some place, did you check all couplers to make sure they are tight? just do the leak test just to be sure. mine did that too when i had a leak couldn't boost past 12.

I agree it does sound like a boost leak. dsm1212 said it perfectly get a leak test done.

try it on the stock BCS, remove MBC .... see if you can hit the stock 12-14 psi ....

Do a boost leak test. I had a bad diaphragm in my Greddy RS that was causing a BAD leak. You still have it recirculated correct?

Check for boost leaks and make sure the BOV's actuator line is securely hooked to the intake manifold.

I agree, assuming you are using an aftermarket boost gauge and not the useless stocker.
