Only running 20psi on that 20g won't push you near close enough to 450whp. Even maxed out at 27-30psi I think you would be hard pressed to reach your goal. Either way you're bench racing until you get it on a dyno.;) Good luck and get that thing on a dyno.

setup seems decent, some of those things i wouldnt use like the turboxs intercooler, and the nitrous is a no for me..You dont really need it because im sure 450awhp is capable without the 50shot, its pretty easy to spool a 20g and nitrous isnt really needed.

Can you reach your goal with this set-up? Yes,
Will it be 450awhp at exactly 20psi? Probably not.

You'll just have to keep upping the boost at the dyno to reach your goal, with your CR being 10:1 e85 is a must

Ive seen many 450awhp builds with an hx-35 where there running only like 35 psi to rach 450awhp, your 20g might not make it, your going to be close to maxing out that 20g and putting it out of its effeciency range a little. But hell, i wont turn this into a holset thread.

I could see it happening very easily if you change your cams to straight 272's and running E85, race gas, or meth injection. I'm shooting for 400whp on my 18g and have almost close to the similar mods minus the NOS and intake manifold, another thing that might help is getting rid of that exhaust manifold and throwing on a FP exhaust manifold. People have gained I think 8whp from switching over, don't call me on it though.

I don't see it happening. You would need a solid tune and some serious boost break 450whp on a 20G. Not possible on 20psi. I'd look into a 50 Trim for that goal. My buddy with a PTE 5031 made 466whp at 33psi.

MY take is it "might" be possible, but you'll need a shit load of boost in my opinion. Unless you spray it.

So the only thing you guyz think that i need to change is the turbo, my 2 pics are Precision turbo 6262 or the FP HTA DSM86 and if i change the turbo im upgrading to the FP race manifold

Not necessarily. Should be fun trying to hit that goal with a 20G. Possible too

Sounds like you need to do some more research before you go cranking up the boost, best advice leave it to the pros.
The mod list sounds like a copy and paste. Stereo and coilovers dont give you HP.

Yes it is a copy/paste from my car profile in other car site and duh i know a car stereo and speakers doesnt make hp im fixing my tranny and next week im going to the dyno then i'll let you know what happen

idk if this helps, but i made 335 awhp in my talon, it had a slowboy rebuilt motor, all supporting mods, etc, it was on a 16g turbo at 18lbs.

Here's a little reference.

10.5 seems like really high compression to run that much boost. you could probably get close with that 20g, but you could get a good holset that you'd have no problem hitting your goal without spray

I agree. Although it is fun maxing out setups and seeing what they can do, a nice Holset would def. make it easier :)
