Looks like a fog light or fan harness.

If you pull the wire shielding back a bit so I can see the color of the wires going into the back of the connector I could give you a 100% answer.
It could be your Radiator Fan (Main Fan) or your Front o2 Sensor Connector as well...

Like I said a few posts up, its the wire colors that matter because the connector is used multiple times in the engine bay.

Take a picture of the wires please, I know you said "all dark blue and one light green one" but it would help to see the colors.

FYI, those are not all dark blue.

I see:
Blue/Black
Green/Black
Orange(or Red)/Black (or Blue)
Blue/Yellow (?)

Does that look right?

Check your transmission, right below the fuse box and a little to the right. There should be a plug on the top of the tranny.

I had a wire like that in a similar location, I am pretty sure it was for cruise control actuator. In the link gofer provided, two of the wiring colors match up:

yea its the cruise control... i took it off and now the connection is just hanging around also deleted all the ac crap...!!!!

This is a breakdown of the cruise control actuator plug wiring colors that Brian posted up in the vfaq.

Wire Color Key
B = Black
Lg = Light green
Sb = Sky blue
V = Violet
O = Orange
Y = Yellow
Br = Brown
G = Green
Gr = Gray
L = Blue
P = Pink
R = Red
W = White

Heres the location of the cruise control solenoid. --> Cruise Control Actuator Location

It shouldn't take but 5 minutes to visually verify that all the ^above^ connector suggestions are plugged in.
