Not the blower motor resistor.

Is that thing a relay or a fuse or something else?

The bottom is an a/c relay

as possible can be a (multi-function relay):bottom or many different ones that are similar to each other in looks...
How many pins and/or where did you pull these from? What is not working that you think these are the problem?

Still researching the top one...

The top is the heater blower motor. Apparently they are AC relays. I thought as much but wasn't sure. Thanks for your help.
