What must I have to run gsc s3 cams on and evo, I already have gsc springs and retainers ?

I have never personally ran that specific cam before. However most name brand companys should tell you what they recommend running with their specific cam.

You didn’t specify but I recommend you run dual valve springs and something other than the stock lifters.

I personally run gsc 3g revised lifters, BC dual valve springs and a kiggly hla regulator with BC 272’s.

Also if you have no way of doing anything for fueling I highly recommend you wait to install the cams till you have some kind engine management.

The car may run decent with just slapping them on but with the reduced vacuum from the cams you may end up with some drivability issues. I.E stalling when pushing in clutch and driving slow in parking lots and such.

I do have the supporting mods, I have gsc springs with titanium retainers, I am more concerned with valve drop

Check GSC's specs for your springs. Coil bind, open and closed pressure and they should support those cams. They are only 11.7mm lift.

These are what GSC recommends for springs ------https://www.maperformance.com/products/gsc-power-division-beehive-valve-springs-w-titanium-retainer-all-4g63?variant=5334422339
