Hello everyone! I have a 95 Talon TSI AWD. A few months back i threw a rod, im not in the process of building my block. Going with Eagle Rods ect. Also have a chromatic head gasket thats going in. Going to do HKS cams as well... anyone have any suggestions/tips/warnings?

Thanks
:D

yeah make sure it doesnt have crank walk and learn what the hell ## doing!

That is pretty helpful.

Really tho, make a plan and try to figure out where you want to go with the car (performance, hp, rally, autox, drag, etc). Then figure out a budget and stick with it. No reason to buy one size of piston when a year later you purchase a larger size.

Be patient and try to find good deals on parts.
Example hks 272s versus dks 272s.

Good Luck and I look forward to seeing what you accomplish in the future.

Umm, we know what he means. Although i do love chrome:) TIPS:make sure when you do rebuild to get all new head bolts and such, arp's people like. Proper torquing to specs. making sure you get all new timing components, gaskets, maybe 3g lifters if you have the lovely lifter tick. Good luck man,Im sure you already knew about my tips.but good luck:)
