So few Months ago my Battery light and radiator light turned on the day after of some heavy rains. After searching I came to the conclusion that the water damaged the voltage regulator in my alternator and my alternator was slowly dying. I have since then replaced my alternator and the two lights are still on. I'm not to sure what next to check that could possibly be causing the lights to stay on.

The brake light and coolant lights also come on if your fluids are low. Check your brake fluid reservoir and coolant overflow tank. I understand that your battery light is no longer on, correct? If all three lights are on it could also be your ALT fuse, not just your Alternator.

Hope this helps.

Alright thanks guys. I'll check my fuses tomorrow. My fluids are all full but I'll double check everything once again.

Also, check your fuses in the center console, the left side of it has the 2 relays on one bracket, and theres two more under the radio. If any of those are fried or something like that the lights may be on. I found out the hard way...
