BOV leak?

Hey guys quick questions, do any of you feel (with the greddy type S BOV) at lower rpm shifting a louder swissssh, than when getting on it and shifting at redline its nearly non-existant? I am afraid I have a leak some where and that causing me to lose power and sound...any ideas?

put your hand over the opening and if it is sucking (at idle) its leaking...

if you can hear it at idle its also leaking...


Greddy type s bov sucks... always has always will, every single one I have EVER seen on a car in person leaks pretty badly.

mine never leaked...and also what turbo do u have t25? if so near red line boost drops to 13 instead if you have it set at 15....

my greddy is leaking now too. @ 14 psi on my evo3 16g full boost you hear a loud swooshing sound coming from the passenger side. the BOV is leaking out all of the boost due to the screw in the BOV. im currently in the process of rebuilding mine.
