Blower motor not turning on... help diagnosing this problem.

Ok guys sorry to even post these questions but I have done a lot of research on this topic. So far my car does not blow air at all, I have verified that the blower motor works. I have checked all fuses, all good.

However there are two relays missing on the kick panel where my left knee is.
It seems that one is for heater I think and one is for anti-theft? I think? Kind of lost on that one, however, neither has a relay in those two spots. Let me get a little more detailed, the relay locations are right above the latice of fuses at the left knee of driver. Would this have anything to do with my blower not turning on?

Here are my symptoms, when I turn on the heat I get nothing until it hits the 4th level then the blower motor relay clicks. I'm pretty sure my wiring is good b/c when I turn the a/c on my fans kick on.

I have tried replacing the blower motor relay that clicks, nothing. So i'm leaning towards the blower motor resistor being out.

Does this sound right? I have a new resistor pack coming in tomorrow. I guess we will find out.

I am a little confused about the two missing relays though.

Any help is sincerely appreciated.

First off looking into the fuse block the anti-theft relay is on the left and the heater relay is on the right

It really doesn't make sense... the heater relay is actuated by the ignition switch voltage and is used in both the A/C and the heater circuits to provide power to the blower directly from the fuse block itself. So for you blower motor to even work it has to be there. The click that you're hearing is more than likely the Blower motor high relay that's part of the A/C circuit (ironically that's actuated but the same voltage source that runs the heater relay.)

If it only worked in high blower I'd be temped to say the the resistor pack as this was similar in my truck as well.

Or bad blower switch. Test voltage between resistors and switch.

Ok found the problem out. Didn't need the resistors, nor the high speed relay. The relay on the fuse panel underneath the drivers left knee was missing a relay. I found this out by taking the tail light relay and hooking it into that relay location. Turned the heat on and the blower started spinning like crazy. Thank you jesus!!!!! I took the relay out and put it back where it belonged. Went to autozone and order one from them. There were to options, one for the oval relay then one for a rectangular relay. I believe this is the one I am missing, I feel that this one should work.
