i replaced the turn signal switch, a bunch of fuses. and still the blinkers won't turn on at all. my hazards work fine though. Any ideas? also, are there any fuses I should be checking for? I'm not sure if there are any fuses i should be checking for this problem or where their exact location is. i lost my fuse cover for the interior. i have a 96 eagle talon tsi awd.

which relays? the ones under the hood? i haven't checked any fuses or relays under the hood. Which ones am I looking for? and no i haven't converted my talon to an eclipse.

You may have a bad turn signal and or flasher hazard unit
[as worpeclipse has just mentioned], did you check that one located behind the center console, behind the cd player?

i removed the relay behind the cd player tried using my flashers they didn't work and the blinkers didn't work of course, and put the relay back in and the flashers worked again and still no blinkers. So i'm guessing that relay is fine. Is there another relay to check? My hazard lights work fine, it's just the blinkers not working. I also replaced the interior fuse for the turn signal. the fuse located below the very top left fuse. Also, how many connections go onto the turn signal switch? just two plugs right? i saw these two little metal prongs next to where the smaller plug goes into. not sure if something goes onto those two little metal prongs. They're gold and look like something that'd plug into a wall.

there could be something wrong with my hazard button so that it makes my hazards work but make my blinkers not work?

still no blinkers. my hazards work when i press the button. Does this button some how control blinkers too and can cause the hazards to work but not the blinkers?

This is just a guess but I had similar problems with a KIA. Eventually after checking everything else I took apart the tailight area and found that someone had tightened down the tailight brackets with the wires pinched which caused similar problems. If the flasher thing under the dash or behind the radio (usually cylindrical) is the same as the one for the hazards and the turn signal you could try switching them to make sure that isn't the problem.
