2G 2GNT Blinkers not working

So the other day I went for a drive, seen sparks come by my feet then my interior lights shut off, I get home and my tail lights and blinkers are also not working, my hazards do work however, I’ve checked the fuses and connections going to the tail lights everything seems good so far if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated

I’m not finding any loose connectors or any stripped wires there’s a huge electrical mess with this car my blower motor, cruise control, power mirrors and windows along with my locks also do not work, but these are all previous things, cars a 96 rs but has had a lot of shit done to it previously
