2G Black wires to ECU are taped off .. Where do they go

The black wires that go to ecu are all pulled out and taped off. Where do they go?

Car is a 95 eclipse turbo. I just got the car it will run with starting fluid . This what I I'm deal with with wires the black wires are like spilsed to the green a white wire and some into white wire

Hmm, that kinda looks like the stock o2 sensor wiring.

Yes that's the stock Oxygen sensor shielded wiring.

Your best bet is likely to get a factory manual for your year car and start chasing wiring colors. That's going to take some time to undo. The factory manual will have every wiring diagram for every connector and wire colors assuming nothing has been so hacked you can no longer tell.

The wire that is spilced where the fuel rail is goes too the passenger side foot well then one wire goes to the back of the car . The wires on the ecu should the black ones be grounded to the body of the car. The car won't run only fires if I use starting fluid..

The wires that were spilced into the ecu I cut some tyep of harness . The other harness goes to something under the air filter. . sorry I just resently got this car it's all new too me.

Do not just go grounding wires randomly. I see vampire taps etc. You're going to have to go chase this stuff and get a diagram. I won't sugar coat it. This looks to be difficult and time consuming.
You need wiring diagrams. Get the factory manual.
