Ok i grounded both plugs and started the car. Its already to temp. It idle surges still with both plugs grounded. i cant find any leaks any where. i'm wandering if the faiv would cause this or something else thanks.
 
I would say your ISC is bad causing idle surge covered so many times in the forums. And to adjust the BISS for your ISC position you only need to ground the diagnostic pin. Use the search tool!
 
the isc is good I had it off already and it moves and the coils spec at 30 ohms. I'm probobly assume its a leak. I'm going to make a blt and check for one that way.
