best upgrades

hello i am a 16 year old guy with a 99 eclipse gs! i love my car to death and yes it is my first car!! i know i only have a 420a but i noticed they have a lot more option for building then people give them credit for. iwas wondering what the best path would be! i would be very happy to hear your ideas and suggestions/ note this is a daily driver would like to have between 250hp and 300hp. thanks in advance

When it's all said and done just remember, the 420A is a Chrysler/Dodge Neon engine. Do you really want to dump a ton of money into an engine designed to be economical and weak? I had a 420A eclipse a long time ago and I used to think it was awesome that I could hit 100mph in it. Then I grew up, started making more money, and bought better stuff that went much faster right out of the box. I wish I'd have had someone there to tell me what a POS my car was back then. It took getting hit by a semi to realize how much better off I was without that car.
