The VC is really stuck on there...Jose said to take the oil cap off and give her a good tug.. Any more tips other than sticking something in there and prying it off?

Get a flathead screwdriver, line it up between the vc and the head where the gasket is sandwiched in between, then get a hammer and lightly tap it till the flat head goes in a little, then put pressure upwards by pulling down on the screwdriver. Repeat these steps around the vc. Then give it another tug. Let me know how it goes.
Sorry to steal your thread for a minute EDM, . BTW, what's next on the project ?

Radio shack huh. Well next on the project is trying to pull the head and take off the belts.
First I need to find a jack and oil drain pan. Top end gasket kit, belts, radiator,header and see what other oil leaks I have maybe a new oil pan and filter.

Yea stop acting like a school girl and get mad and pull that beast off and if that don't work go buy a energy drink and down it and then go for round 5 and pull it off.

Yes body-wise. I can find you a 2gb front bumper but for a few bucks more you can get a brand new one from ebay. Shipping will be the same for both the ebay unit and a used one that i'll send you.
Anything else like fenders, rear taillights, and such smaller parts wouldn't be aproblem.
