So this is going better than expected now...Now that you have most of the parts to fix the dizzum..

The tranny oil probly staqrted squirting cause the hoses weren't tightend down all the way..Or there was just too much pressure for the rubber hoses and it blew..

Get a can or two of brake cleaner and squirt the hell out of the fluid thats all over..Like josh said the hoses will be fairly cheap to replace..

I went and bought new hoses and clamps and installed them and it fixed that leak. so next up I need to pour in some trans fluid what kind of fluid do I use? Now I need to install the im gaske kit.

Ed just got it started...Smoking alot cause of the fluid....But that will burn off, but smell horrid for awhile..Lets see a video!!!

I don't know but I have way too many fluid leaks looks like I am going to have to pull the whole motor and have it rebuilt or just sell the car for what ever I can get and let someone else deal with the car.
Maybe buy me another 2g with less problems.

I am going to look it over really good and fix all the leaks and what not I put in way to much work in it to just give up.

So I found another leak from a hose soon I will be replaceing that.
under the car is a mess from where fluid sprayed so it is hard to tell if that is old or fresh leaks what can I do to clean that up?

Spry it down with some motor cleaner and wash it off. After it dries look for new leaks.

I installed about 5 new trans hoses fixed that problem
Now I need fluid. Next up look for other leaks and fix that.

Next up install the im gaskets later on buy a new oil pan
my has a dent in it from where I hit a bump in the past.
Maybe after I fix all the small things I will install a 4 2 1 header.

Its always good to do maintenence....Mine will be down in September getting things done to it(coilovers,header,intake manilfold,also have to put in the motor I have been working on.)..

I went and put a price tag on it and maybe I will use the money and find me another dsm but we will see. Last pic of the Dsm. No more doing nothing to this car.
