i think it sounds Badass for a 420a, super lobey, but def fix your timing, it took me and my dad 2 times before it got it just right,(when i had a 420ghey,sorry i had to) GL!

Update well I am tired of the eclipse so I put a price tag on her.
So with the money I get I will be looking for another eclipse most likely a 98
I seen a spyder and a gsx for sale at a car lot here in town that I will look into.

Leaky injector seal? I've heard about a few fires that way..Seen a bunch for sale for cheap because of fires..

ED..I don't understand why you want to sell your beloved dsm...Unless you get an awd,that would be sweet..But, it wouldnt be hard to fix your car and your just putting her up for sale..

Didn't you replace the seal? Or didn't get the injectors in right before bolting on the rail, or didn't bolt the rail with the injectors on it right? It's hard to get that right...Or you could just be blowing seals. how much havoc?

It was really really hot and the gas flashed on the hot manifold. I had a fire extinguisher. Had to repaint the mani replace the fuel line and some other lines I had laying around. The car is running again but not quite rite now.

EDM why dont you just get it running and sell it? I just saw a 98 N/T go for almost 5k up here in oklahoma. It needed a paint job too

Going to keep the dsm and use it as a daily driver. Went and bought me some basic parts 4 ngk plugs and the im gasket set and a sri filter. Next I will be ordering a radiator and a oil filter and oil pan gasket. I am going to get her back on the road before then end of the month I hope.

For real, i agree with everyon else EDM, so much work put in to just sell it ? Glad to hear you're keeping it though.
Just fix it and work from there. I know these cars can be very frustrating but when running properly put a smile on our faces, wether it be n/a or turbo.

Well I removed the radiator and installed the ngk's next I have to install the new radiator it was hot out so I took a break and will install it when it cools down a bit.

Well I installed the new radiator.
Went to turn on the car and trans fluid started squirting out a hose so that is not good. I guess my car hates me.

I lived in Europe and never saw 'Euro' taillights like that there. Hope your build goes all right man!

Thanks man. Yea maybe I will sell the tail lights and get stock tails well all I need is just the center part. Now if I can only get her to run good.

Just go to autozone and get some more hose. Its farely cheap and replace both of the trans hoses.
And check your tranny fluid before you drive it. Also if ya can get some brake cleaner and clean the excess fluid off the hoses and tranny.Tranny fluidon parts and hoses.
