Alright got two questions. My 95 GST just got running again and I have a nasty idel problem. Starts up about 900 then slowly rises to 1700 then fluxes from both points and if quickly close the throttle it will almost shut off. I know that not normal. After almost replacing everything to just get it running again it fixed a little now when warm is a little better say 900-1200 but holds. And my driver said tail lights don't work. Fuses are good and bulbs switch with passenger. Now they work with turn single/ brakes/ hazards. Just not normal running. I looked up the diagram and only difference is running has separate grounds. I'm thinking just making a new ground. Would be good if I got a someone's opinion. Thanks.

Did you try cleaning the throttle butterfly? Or even better removing and cleaning the entire throttle body. I had a similar problem and it was just oil blow back gunking up the throttle. Make sure your air hose doesn't have oil sitting in it. DK about tail lights

did cleaning the throttle work on your idle problem? Mine is doing some funny idling too and this helped.
